‘The Vogue Germany ‘Fernbeziehung’ editorial may follow a geisha theme, but it features a traditional Japanese female entertainer like no other. As though properly bringing the practice into the 21st century, the look has been completely revamped in a more edgy way. More skin-revealing, moody and, if possible, dramatic, the outfits will blow people away. Embracing the Eastern way of life and putting a spin on it, photographer Sebastian Kim shot the Vogue Germany ‘Fernbeziehung’ editorial. Starring model Franzi Mueller, it is set to appear in the February 2013 issue of the magazine. The exotic pieces were strikingly envisioned by such labels as Alexander McQueen, Prada, Haider Ackermann and Mugler and selected by stylist Katie Mossman.
